US$249.95 Hello Kitty Solo2 Blue and US$149.95 Hello Kitty UrBeats - Hello Kitty x Beats headphones Collection to debut Worldwide in November 2014

Sanrio is now officially my favorite company as they celebrate their 40th Anniversary of their Hello Kitty Franchise.

They’ve pretty much stated the fact that Hello Kitty is a human girl that just happens to have cat-like features, which is logical, given that she doesn’t walk on all fours and actually owns a cat of her own, according to her Bio.

This explanation was given by Christine Yano, curator of an upcoming exhibit on Hello Kitty at the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles during an interview with the LA Times as explained in the article “Hello Kitty is not a cat, plus more reveals before her L.A. tour”, published August 26th 2014 by Carolina A. Miranda, Los Angeles Times  and
Hello Kitty is not a cat?”, published August 28, 2014 8:13 AM PDT by Bonnie Burton, CNET News.

Now as part of their 40th Anniversary, Sanrio with the help of Beats Electronics brand Beats by Dr. Dre will debut their Hello Kitty x Beats headphones as reported in the article “Beats to debut paw-some Hello Kitty headphones”, published October 28, 2014 4:01 AM PDT by Bonnie Burton, CNET News and “Get Ready For National Cat Day With Hello Kitty And Beats By Dre”, published Tuesday, 28 October 2014 15:13 by Jennifer Lynn, MTV UK

The Hello Kitty x Beats headphones Collection, is really a set of two (2) of Beats by Dr. Dre's most popular headphone with Hello Kitty Stylings:

1.      US$249.95 USD Solo2 Blue emblazoned with the signature Hello Kitty design
2.      US$149.95 UrBeats dolled up in Hello Kitty's colours that'll come in a nice Case shaped like Hello Kitty's head

The set, which is encased in a cute collector's pouch, was on display on Thursday October 30th 2014 during Hello Kitty Con 2014 at the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA in Downtown LA's Little Tokyo. They're set to go global by late November 2014.

And yes, they'd make purrrr-fect Christmas Gifts for the Audiophone in your life.
