Marley can finally say they have their own Ice Cream flavor, Satisfy My
Bowl, thanks to Ben and Jerry’s. Best of all, it’s for a good cause, people
and a fitting tribute on what is the eve of Bob Marley’s 70th Birthday
and the 30th Anniversary of his album Legend!

The
New IceCream Flavour is called Satisfy My
Bowl and was coined after Camilla Bishop via a competition earlier in the
year to put a name to their latest flavour as stated in “BOB
MARLEY INSPIRED BEN & JERRY’S FLAVORED ICE CREAM” Posted on September

Satisfy My
Bowl is a special blend of banana ice cream beats, caramel and cookie
swirls with peace sign shaped chocolate bits on top as described in the article

It's
part of the 30th Anniversary celebration of the release of Bob
Marley's Album Legend. The New Ice Cream flavour will be launched in
October 2014 at a concert in the UK entitled The Legend Session.

Proceeds
from the sale of the Ice Cream Flavour will go to Bob Marley's 1Love Foundation and
Partners for Youth Empowerment to empower young people in Jamaica to change the
World Through Music as stated in “Ben
& Jerry’s, 1Love Foundation to launch Bob Marley-inspired ice cream flavor,
“Satisfy My Bowl””, published 09.03.2014, Bob Marley .
As
for the unavailability in the USA, fret not Americans! A petition
drive is coming to make sure that Satisfy My
Bowl is available in the US of A, even if Ben and Jerry's UK have to Travel
Babylon By Bus.
